Milk Skin Toner Light is the lighter version of TIRTIR's highly popular toner, designed especially for oily and blemish-prone skin. This gentle, hydrating, brightening, and balancing toner feels wonderfully fresh on the skin, making it perfect for anyone who wants to achieve a glass skin look without a clogged or oily feeling!

The toner contains 4% niacinamide and antioxidant-rich licorice extract to brighten the overall appearance of the skin, diminish minor hyperpigmentation, improve the oil-water balance of the skin, and bring a radiant glow to the skin.
In addition, nourishing rice and oat extracts, ceramides, peptides, hyaluronic acid, panthenol, and soothing plant extracts (e.g. Centella Asiatica, green tea, chamomile) help strengthen a damaged skin barrier while also providing hydration, alleviating redness and irritation, and reducing the risk of inflammation from minor infections, such as pimples.

The formula has passed the skin irritation test and is vegan, fragrance-free, non-comedogenic, alcohol-free, and mineral oil-free, which makes it also great for sensitive skin ♡
